Refunds / Replacements 

CustomHappy strives to make each transaction as quick, accurate, and pleasant as possible. In the event of an error on our part, we are happy to correct the issue. Contact customhappystore@gmail.com, provide an order number, customer name, and photograph of the problem with a brief explanation and we will be happy to print and ship a new item. Requests must be made within 30 days of the order date with a photograph attached. 
Issues which arise from poor quality print files, shipping delays, or missing IOSS / VAT / GST codes, are not covered under our policy.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
